Job Opening: Account Executive

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: KGO-TV/ABC 7, the ABC owned station in San Francisco, is seeking an Account Executive. Candidates must have the ability to make face-to-face presentations and handle business from the top advertising agencies in the country. To succeed on this sales team, one must possess the passion for sales; love to get involved in all aspects of the selling process; and strongly believe in the team concept.

REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of major market TV sales and four-year college degree or equivalent is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate a track record of success in multi-platform marketing solutions. Basic computer skills, excellent phone skills and superior communication skills (oral and written) are required. Familiarity with Scarborough and Nielsen are a plus, but not necessary.
