Douglas K. Yim, Jr., is being sought in connection with the shooting of an Oakland man in the 3100 block of Herriott Avenue at 5:30 p.m., according to Oakland police.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Yim was last seen driving a silver 2009 Honda Civic with a California plate No. 6HWU861, police said.
