Sketch released of sex assault suspect near UCSF

SAN FRANCISCO

At approximately 11 p.m. on April 15, UCSF police received a report that a woman was sexually assaulted near Lincoln Way and Third Avenue.

Police described the suspect as a white man with fair-skin, standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall. The man has a thin to medium build with short, brown or blonde curly hair, officers added.

The suspect is reported to have unusual piercings on and around his face, including a black piercing across the bridge of his nose, piercings on each nostril and one piercing centered directly beneath his lower lip, according to police.

Police said that the man had a slight speech impediment and was last seen wearing a salmon-colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Officers received reports of two other assaults near the Parnassus campus that evening, as well as a report by another woman that she was followed by a man of a similar description.
