The latest incident happened Sunday morning while a 19-year-old woman was walking on Eve Lane. She was not hurt.
Police say the man has struck before in the same area. Police have increased patrols there.
The suspect in the latest incident is described as a Latino, in his 40s, 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds. He had a mustache and wore a gray t-shirt and gray jeans.
