According to Consumer Reports, of the 20 million minors who actively used Facebook in the past year, 7.5 million of them were younger than 13 and more than five million of those children were ten or younger.
A majority of the parents of those kids were not concerned about their children's use of Facebook. Experts say the social networking site can expose children and their friends to safety, security and privacy risks as well as computer virus attacks.
