The twins are now being sued for basically doing the exact same thing to another developer that they allege Mark Zuckerberg did to them.
Developer Wayne Chang filed the suit awhile back, but a judge has just now ruled that it does have merit and can proceed.
Chang says his web development company merged with Winklevoss' Connect-U, under a deal that gives him a pretty decent cut of any money they make including the Facebook settlement.
