Feinstein: bin Laden pics shouldn't be public

WASHINGTON

Feinstein saw the photos on Friday at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia. She says viewing them has not changed her mind about releasing them publicly.

Feinstein chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee and the CIA briefed her five months ago that bin Laden had been tracked to a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. They also told her about the Navy SEAL raid a day before it happened.

Feinstein says she viewed the death photos reluctantly after colleagues and others pressed her to do so.
