Study reveals top retailers for customer service

OfficeDepot.com earned first place for responding to customer emails fastest just 48 minutes. At the other the other end of the spectrum, CrateandBarrel.com took an average of 88 hours to answer an email

For telephone hold times SierraTradingPost.com ranked first. Customers only had to wait six seconds. BarnesandNoble.com had the longest average hold time of just over eight minutes.

The study was conducted by Stella Services, a company that rates online retailers.
