CAMBRIDGE, Mass. --The more TV a person watches, the higher their chances of developing diabetes, according to a new study released this week.Scientists at the Harvard School of Public health found that the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes rose by as much as 20 percent for every two hours a person sits in front of the television set. The risk of dying from any cause increased by 13 percent with every three hours of television watched, according to the study. Experts say the findings highlight the overall danger of a sedentary lifestyle.
