Dion McDaniel, 47, was arrested yesterday after police found him hiding in a doghouse.
Cell phone video captured by a 28-year-old sexual assault victim shows a man burglarizing the victim's home. The victim said the man returned moments after the video was filmed and raped her.
Police identified McDaniel as the man in the video. Police say McDaniel is a transient with 11 prior criminal convictions for burglary, theft and assault.
