A San Francisco city worker was shot Friday morning in what may have been a road rage incident.

A 40-year old painter for the Department of Parking and Traffic was shot in the shoulder around 8:30 a.m. on the 1800 block of Palou Street. There were multiple gun casings scattered on the street.

Police say two city workers were in their truck when they had some sort of altercation with people in another car. Police say as the city workers drove away, someone in the other car shot at them. Officers don't have any suspects.
