Officers in Fairfield are reviewing surveillance footage in hopes of catching the person or people responsible for a number of graffiti tags, police said.

Commercial buildings and businesses in the Cordelia neighborhood have been targeted over the past two months, according to police.

Police said the cleanup involved requires a considerable amount of resources and the cost could escalate the crime to a felony.

Investigators have released photos from the surveillance footage and are asking for the public's assistance to find the suspect or suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call Fairfield police at (707) 428-7300 or CrimeStoppers at (707) 644-STOP.
