The voluntary recall involves the Philips Energy Saver dimmable R-30, R-40 and PAR38 reflector flood lamps. They were manufactured between March 2007 and May 2010. The products are also known as Marathon and Marathon classic compact fluorescent dimmable lamps. Philips has received 700 reports of the lamps where the glue failed and the glass outer envelope fell creating a safety hazard.
