The first shooting was reported in the 5400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way around 9:25 p.m. Sunday, Oakland police Officer J. Moore said. Investigators determined gunfire injured a teenager, who was driven to the hospital in stable condition, he said.

About 15 minutes later, police responded to the 6900 block of Spencer Avenue and found a man, woman and two children suffering from gunshot wounds, Moore said. All four were transported to a hospital in stable condition.
