Topping a list for the first time in a while is Tiger Woods. The Miami New Times blog says Tiger never carries cash, one time making a woman tip for him when they went out in Las Vegas. And he reportedly took back a $5 tip when he realized he had tipped the same waitress earlier.
The rest of the top 10 include: Madonna, Barbara Streisand, Lebron James, Jeremy Piven, Usher, Mariah Carey, Sean Penn, Bill Cosby and Rachel Ray.
