'Extreme couponing' to blame for missing newspapers

If your Sunday newspaper has recently gone missing, it could be due to "extreme couponing."

Police departments in Arkansas and Texas have made arrests recently of people who are stealing newspapers from lawns and news racks.

The motive is to steal the inserts that appear inside each paper.

Some of the paper thieves collect coupons in huge numbers so they can make big purchases at great discounts.

The one that are hurt the most by this crime is the delivery people, since they are the ones who have to pay when a newspaper goes missing.
