White Castle sued by man who can't fit in booths

The New York Post reports the 290-pound man believes the fast food restaurant is violating the civil rights of overweight people.

White Castle told the man it would make the booths larger more than two years ago, but a spokesperson for the company says there is no timetable for the renovation. So the man is now suing for bigger chairs and unspecified damages.

The burger chain operates in the Midwest and New York. It's best known for its square-shaped burgers known as sliders.
