The Fantasy 5 ticket matched all five numbers in the Sept. 20 drawing -- 12, 34, 27, 32 and 24 - making it worth $203,363.
The ticket was purchased earlier on Sept. 20 at the Lone Tree Chevron gas station, located at 4600 Lone Tree Way.
Lottery officials remind winners to sign the back of their tickets and keep tickets in a safe place before calling officials or visiting a Lottery District Office.
Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim prizes.
