If you're a parent, you know that wrapping up trick-or-treating on time, can be stressful, especially on a weeknight. But what if Halloween was permanently moved to a Saturday?

A congressman from Connecticut wants to make Halloween fall on the last Saturday of October, as opposed to being on October 31.

Representative Tim Larson says the day is too jam-packed when it falls during the work week. So far his idea is being met with mixed reviews. Some say it would make everything easier, others say Halloween is a tradition that shouldn't be messed with.
