If you're looking for a job, we want to help you get back to work.

ABC7 is co-sponsoring a free job fair at Centre Concord on Clayton Road.

Employers from all types of industries will be attending the jobs fair, which is set to kick off at noon.

At a time when high unemployment mars the Bay Area, many are turning to job fairs for assistance in landing their new job. In Solano County, the unemployment rate is at 11.6 percent, while in Santa Cruz County, the unemployment rate is at 10.1 percent.

Throughout the rest of the Bay Area, the unemployment rate ranges from 8 percent to 10 percent.

"We have both government agencies and private industry recruiting here," said Kathy Caricato "We have lots of customer service jobs. We have teller jobs, member rep jobs. We have state auditor positions. We have positions for security guards."

The event ends at 4 p.m. Another job fair will be held at Hotel Whitcomb in San Francisco on Wednesday.
