The economy is inching back towards prosperity and new statistics on Valentine's Day show it.

More of us say we plan to buy candy, flowers, jewelry and cards this Feb. 14th.

The most important take away for consumers is an increase of more than 6 percent in romantic dinners that are expected to be bought. Which means book your reservation now or you will be skunked for sure.
