Social media has radically changed the way college coaches recruit and react to their recruits. Phone calls are old school. Now, it's all about the power of the tweet.
"I've never seen such a time where an entitlement of a 17, 18-year-old can get up and type four words in the morning, hit send, and everybody goes into a tailspin. You know, so that's just kind of where we are right now," Tedford said. "No, I have a Facebook that I don't do a lot of, but I'm going to be much more active in it now, I think. And, the twittering, I did it one time to say I was going to a concert and my wife almost threw me out of the car. Well just, 'What are you doing? Who cares if you're going to a concert?'"
