Today marks the 20th straight day of rising prices at the pump. The Lundberg survey says national prices jumped 18 cents over the past two weeks. The average price for a gallon of regular gas is at $3.69. Higher oil prices are one reason for the increase. Investors are also worried that tensions with Iran could lead to a supply disruption.

In California, prices have already passed the $4 mark. AAA says the statewide average is now $4.29 - that's up a quarter from a week ago. Diesel prices are $4.45. In the Bay Area, drivers in Oakland are paying $4.27. In San Jose, prices are $4.28 and San Francisco is $4.34.
