Cellphone users switching providers more frequently

It found the average length of relationship between carriers and their contract customers fell to an all time low of 48 months last year. The new figures have cell service providers rethinking how they do business. Providers are now encouraging customers to upgrade phones which brings in more money for companies. The study was done by PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's largest professional services firm.
