CalFire received a report of the blaze on Manor Lane near Old Adobe Road at 2:10 a.m., the dispatcher said.
Crews from the Petaluma Fire Department, Sonoma County Fire Department and CalFire were able to contain the blaze a short time later, but not before the flames gutted the mobile home and burned across some vegetation near the home.
No injuries were reported in the fire, which remains under investigation.
