Police are looking for 4 missing Oakland kids

OAKLAND, Calif.

The four children are: Paradise Ghaimah-Medinah Mahasin, a 4-year-old girl who suffers from epilepsy, Antwan Alexander Johnson, a 6-year-old boy, Zaniyyah Nyema Johnson, a 7-year-old girl, and Alyajah Marie Johnson, a 16-year-old female. They are all African-American.

These children are apparently related to a 3-year-old who was taken to the hospital by his babysitter. Police believe he was abused and he is currently in life-threatening condition.

The children's mother, step-father, and babysitter have been charged with inflicting injuries on a child. They are being held at the Santa Rita Jail.

Police say the missing children are likely at the home of another family member and are likely at risk. Police are trying to obtain photos for the media.

Anyone with information should call the Oakland Police Department's Family Youth Services unit at 510-238-3641.
