British Airways getting personal with Google, iPads

The airline is using a new computer search system called "Know Me." It enables staff to put a face with a name. The program sends the data to the iPads of customer service agents. The goal is to give a more personal touch to important passengers not instantly recognizable to employees.

Privacy advocates complain about the data mining, but others point out that it's a less invasive process than airport security procedures.
