Burning Man Festival off to rocky start

Festival goers are being warned to prepare for dust storms that could last three hours per day. The music and dance festival takes place in Northern Nevada's Black Rock Desert which saw an unusually dry winter.

55,000 tickets have been sold this year and that's caused another problem. Organizers are suing local officials for hiking permit fees to $400,000. Pershing County officials say it's to pay for increased law enforcement.
