There is a new study that shows marijuana use may increase the risk of certain types of testicular cancer in young men.

The USC study of 455 California men found those who had smoked pot were twice as likely to have been diagnosed with testicular germ cell tumors, the most common form of testicular cancer in men younger than 35.

The study, published today in the journal Cancer adds to mounting evidence that smoking marijuana may have lasting effects on men's fertility and overall health.
