"Fright Nights" at San Jose's Winchester House start Friday

SAN JOSE, Calif.

It's the second year of a new ghoulish tradition at the home of rifle heiress Sarah Winchester. Last year went so well, organizers promise an even bigger, better and scarier experience.

"There's new scare elements in every single scene from last year, there's new scenes entirely," Fright Nights show director Katherine Cobbs said. "The maze last year was about half as long as it is this year, so it's definitely longer, definitely a lot more scary this year."

In addition to a haunting experience, visitors can eat, drink, and get made-up like a zombie. Fright Nights open this Friday.
