When Nico Castro heard he would be able to go trick-or-treating because of a break in his treatment, he decided his fellow patients shouldn't miss out on the fun.
Nico started a costume drive with his friends and family so the kids could enjoy Halloween in the hospital.
They have collected 60 outfits and even more costumes arrived Friday.
Nico got balloons and cards from well wishers to recognize his efforts. People from as far as Pennsylvania and Arizona who heard about the costume drive sent costumes for his collection.
