A peaceful march against alleged police brutality in San Francisco wound its way through the Mission District Thursday night.

The march was sponsored by the group "Answer San Francisco." It started at 24th and Mission streets. The group later moved up 24th and rallied at the Mission Police Station.

The group claims city police brutally beat a community college student last month.

The student is facing charges of resisting arrest.
