Tough Daylight Saving Time switch for many in U.S.

The Better Sleep Council says 61 percent of U.S. adults say the time change affects their work the Monday after. People say it takes a week on average to adjust to the switch.

It should be noted The Better Sleep Council is backed by mattress manufacturers. But studies have found there are health consequences to losing that hour of sleep -- including an increase in heart attacks the first three workdays after the start of Daylight Saving Time.
