A Wisconsin boy got an unexpectedly personal response from a letter he wrote to Vice President Joe Biden.

The 7-year-old second grader wrote a letter suggesting that if guns shot chocolate bullets, no one would get hurt.

The student got a surprise Monday, when Biden's handwritten response arrived in the mail. The vice president wrote, "I really like your idea... Not only would our country be safer, it would be happier."
