Low summer power bills expected

The forecast from the U.S. Energy Information Administration says summer power bills should be the cheapest in four years.

Here on the Pacific Coast the average utility bill is predicted to total $279 this summer. That's down 3.5 percent from the summer before.

Electricity use is expected to drop as milder temperatures are predicted for the summer. The lower use should offset slightly higher prices for electricity.
