A Catholic church in the East Bay invited the community to pay tribute to the men and women of all faiths in police, fire, and emergency response agencies on Wednesday morning.

The "Blue Mass" was held at the Cathedral of Christ the Light in Oakland.

Non-Catholic chaplains were invited to help bless the people whom the church considers "guardian angels."
