KGO-TV/ABC 7, the ABC owned station in San Francisco, is seeking a leader to oversee business development across all sales platforms. These platforms include ABC7 linear broadcast streams, a multitude of digital sales platforms, promotional, and production platforms. Candidates must have the ability to make face-to-face presentations, work with major advertising agencies around the country, deal directly with local marketers and business owners, and develop marketing solutions across all ABC7 platforms. To succeed on this team, one must possess a passion for sales, a desire to get involved in all aspects of the selling process, and strongly believe in the team concept. REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of media marketing success and four-year college degree or equivalent is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate a track record of success in multi-platform marketing solutions, new business development as well production experience. Significant computer skills, excellent phone skills and superior communication skills (oral and written) are required. Familiarity with Scarborough and Nielsen are a plus, but not necessary.
