Vacaville pastor arrested for second time this month

VACAVILLE, Calif.

Pastor Mark Lewis was taken into custody again on Friday. Police say he posted bond on his previous arson arrest using property from a church in Riverside in which he had no association.

Police say he was first arrested on Jan. 9 with a group of people accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail into a Vacaville home.

Lewis, who is the pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Vacaville, is now facing charges of false financial statement, perjury, and forgery.

He's also facing arson and conspiracy charges in the first arrest.
