The grow was discovered after a neighbor called 911 just before midnight reporting a small fire on the roof. Firefighters came out and wanted to make sure it didn't spread inside, no one was home so they forced their way in and found the pot grow. Police say several rooms were filled with the plants.
PG&E crews were out to check if there are any issues with the electrical lines as grow houses need a lot of power. Police say it appears that a person was living at the home but are trying to figure out who that person is.
Investigators are looking for a judge to sign off on the search warrant and when they do, they'll be out here boxing up the plants and taking them away.
