Members of the SEIU-United Healthcare Workers West, the union that is hosting the enrollment events, will be available in person to answer questions for anyone who needs help signing up for health insurance through the state exchange or has questions about the Affordable Care Act.
Residents who want to sign up should bring photo identification, proof of address, recent paystubs or tax filings from the last two years, and proof of U.S. citizenship.
The enrollment fair in Oakland will be held between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center, located at 388 Ninth St.
The fair in Richmond will be held between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Bay Area Rescue Mission, located at 123 West MacDonald Ave.

Berkeley: Berkeley City College, 2050 Center Street (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
