Bay Area companies rank high in list of best place for women to work

A new list is out of some of the best places for women to work. Several Bay Area companies are in the top 20.

According to Fairygodboss, a job review site exclusively for women, the top local company is Salesforce at number 6; Apple is one spot behind at 7, Kaiser at 9, Cisco at 12 and Google at 14.

The rankings were based on responses from almost 15,000 women about overall job satisfaction, gender equity and the likelihood of recommending their company to another woman.
