New measure in San Jose for part-time workers to get more hours

SAN JOSE (KGO) -- San Jose has a new measure in place intended to help part time workers get more hours. The law is the first of its kind in the country. Measure E, also known as the "Opportunity to Work" ordinance, was passed by voters in November.
