EDISON, N.J. -- The CEO of a New Jersey based company has made sure his employees' kids are set for college.

Chieh Huang runs "Boxed," a bulk shopping app and website based in Edison.

He recently set up a fund with his own personal assets to pay college tuition for his workers' kids.

Huang says his employees were shocked by the news.

"As we rolled it out there were definitely a few tears in the room, mine included. It was overwhelmingly positive. We had workers whose wives texted them after work 'You can never leave this company ever," he said.

Most of the company's employees work in a warehouse for $15 an hour.

Huang says he wanted to do his part, and help thank them for their hard work.
