CUPERTINO, Calif. (KGO) -- A push is underway to get Apple to replace thousands of laptops from dissatisfied customers.

More than 20,000 people have signed an online petition calling on the Cupertino based company to replace their 2011 MacBook Pros. They claim the computers are defective and keep crashing. The problem appears to relate to the computers' graphics processing unit. Some say they paid $2,500 and want a new one. So far there has been no official response from Apple.
