Retailers seeing decrease in fraud with new chip credit cards

The new chip credit cards are working, so well in fact, that retailers that accept chip cards are seeing fraud drop by nearly half. And as 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney explains, the transaction time is speeding up as well.
