Looking for a new employee? Then you should meet Ben Small.

Ben from Liverpool, England, is a man with Down syndrome who needs a job. Ben has experience in the restaurant and catering industry but is having difficulty finding work. So Ben's step-mother Fiona Hodge took to Twitter to help land the 26-year-old a job.

Shortly after Hodge tweeted her plea, the hashtag #GiveBenAJob began trending online, reaching notable U.K. personalities including singer/comedian Boothby Graffoe and singer Lee Brennan.

"We've had quite a few requests for his CV, which I sent out last night, but we have also had three really positive responses from people ready to meet him ASAP with a view to offering work," Hodge told ITV.

One Liverpool restaurant reached out to support Ben.

Hodge then tweeted about how Ben's visit to the restaurant went.

Others on Twitter have been sending their words of encouragement towards Ben.

The family is encouraging people to send their job prospects to givebenajob@mail.com.
