Cheryl Jennings mentors young women in Marin City

MARIN CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- 100 professional women mentored 100 underserved girls in Marin County. That was the purpose of Saturday's second annual Enlighten event in Marin City.

Performing Stars of Marin invited successful women, including ABC7 News anchor Cheryl Jennings, to mentor young ladies on how to be successful in different aspects of their lives and how to overcome limitations imposed by poverty.
