School placement creates headache for one San Francisco family

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- School placement has been an ongoing issue in the San Francisco Unified School District because in the city there is no such thing as neighborhood schools.

Many parents have to drive their kid across town, or students have to ride a bus to a school miles away from home. One viewer reached out because of her unusual circumstances. Watch the video above for Lyanne Melendez's full report.
