Teacher has awesome personalized handshakes with each of his students

Some teachers kick off the day by taking attendance or even handing out a pop quiz. Barry White Jr., though, starts off the day with a personalized handshake with each one of his students.

Video of the fifth-grade teacher performing the intricate and impressive handshakes was posted on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Facebook page, with each student clearly having a blast as they perform their unique hand routine.

The handshake video has been viewed over 860,000 times on Facebook, with commenters praising the North Carolina teacher for his creative approach at engaging with students.
