ABC7 News hosts weekend of 'Wheel of Fortune' in Rohnert Park

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. (KGO) -- ABC7 News anchor Reggie Aqui hosted the "Wheel of Fortune" at the Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park on Saturday.

The show is touring the nation looking for contestants. Many people trying out this weekend have dreamed of spinning the wheel on TV for years.

"I remember watching it both my grandmother and mother," said Sharonda White, who was at Saturday's event.

"I was like, I'd love to go. I grew up watching the show. And I'd love to just try also," said Katie Stickles Wynen

Interested people need to be at least 21-years-old to enter. The Wheelmobile will be at Graton from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. ABC7 meteorologist Mike Nicco will also be there you can watch Wheel of Fortune on ABC7 weekday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
